5 to 10 Night Retreat YOGA & FITNESS

A typical day of fitness in our 5 to 10 Night Retreat starts with 1 hour of cardio/strength training -- we cater to all levels of fitness, from beginners to elite athletes, and can modify work-outs to accommodate injuries. We keep our classes small, so each client receives lots of one-on-one attention. To ensure clients find a workout they love (so they continue training when they return home!), we expose our clients to a wide variety of training, from empowering beachfront bootcamp, to HIIT workouts in our serene outdoor palapa. In addition, our personal trainers also measure body fat percentage and other vital metrics.

Every morning cardio/strength training session is followed by 1.5 hours soothing yoga and guided meditation session. Our experienced yoga instructors will lead you through a variety of Yoga styles so you have a different yoga experience every day, from invigorating Vinyasa flow, to Power Yoga, to Hatha. It doesn't matter if you're stiff as a board or super bendy, the beauty of yoga is that it offers modifications to every pose to accommodate everyone.

In the afternoon, there is a 1.5 hour yoga session focused on deeper relaxation and meditation.
